There's been so much give-and-take on this issue about Chinese leasing oil drilling rights from Cuba to tap into continental shelf reserves we tried to find an article that seems to explain a lot of the background and what was really happening.
We found this March of 2008 article which should give some information to those who are concerned about Chinese drilling in a spot that would likely cause damage to American beaches if they weren't careful, like we make our oil companies.
But of course we have nothing to worry about because China cares so much about the environment.
