Big time in River city on Saturday as we have a big rally for health care choice in Lincoln Park at 12th and Gunnison here in Grand Junction.
There will be a number of speakers including state Senator Josh Penry, Jeff Crank of Americans for Prosperity, Congressman Jason Chaffetz, and local Dr. Gregg Doyle (who has actually read the health care bill!) along with Karen Culp, a local nurse who is speaking out on this issue.
I will be MCing the event.
We will also have a few citizen comments and later in the day a guy from Chicago will be giving a talk at Central high school with the opposite point of view.
And don't forget the high point of the day -- my radio show at one o'clock on KNZZ 1100 AM.
