The Governor of Denver recently was sighted in España; or Spain to us Western slope yokels.
He is there trying to get that country to invest in energy development in Colorado.
Interestingly enough, he has shown no interest in getting American companies who are already here to invest in business in Colorado.
Governor Ritter is showing himself to be the Colonel Klink of American governors; funny, clueless, afraid of his superiors (Democrat lobbying interests) and easily manipulated by those around him.
