After a lot of hmming and hawing the State Board of Education has agreed to rejoin Ritter in his appeal of the property tax increase measure. See prior posting about their concern that money will not all be used for education.
Sad to think that is the issue, seems a bit like trying to decide if a bank robbery is ok based on how much of the money you get. See latest story here. All these votes were in "excutive session" but we know it was a lot of debate
