Court Lifts Injunction on Building Oil Pipeline in Western Colorado -- When Even Your Friends Let You down
As we indicated earlier in the week, environmental groups efforts to continue the injunction against the Bull Mountain pipeline in northern Gunnison County near Silt had been appealed to the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
The discontinuance of the injunction was upheld and the pipeline will continue construction.
With the possibility of $13 per million cubic foot gas looming in the East, the necessity to transport local natural gas production is imperative to assist with already staggering East Coast energy prices.
