Although we often are a bit tongue-in-cheek and sometimes over-the-top here to have a bit of fun with politics, this court decision is quite serious.
It is emblematic of a whole host of problems with our courts, our interpretation of the constitutional powers of our branches of government and a self-delusion among some that we must fight with both hands tied behind our backs since we are somehow always the cause of the problem.
This is not true. This nation has been the greatest engine for freedom in the history of the world and it deserves better treatment than it receives.
Greatness will always attract envy and jealousy among the petty dictator and the self-proclaimed and failed saviors. Those that take their side are no friend to their nation or their neighbor.
