Liberal bloggers and other exciteable groups still appear to live in almost daily fear of Mesa County Commissioner Janet Rowland. Any comment from her seems to lead to intense flapping and fainting among at risk groups. Her comments on the wisdom of prioritizing the purchase of non-public development rights over needs that directly serve citizens appear dangerous to the blogosphere population.
