Not so fast on the NY-23 Race-From Thursday...So the race is not really over AND Hoffman has NOT been certified as the winner by the Secretary of State. He was sworn in by Pelosi early so he could vote on Health care bill.And this from the HuffPost who would probably rather see the district have no representation than Hoffman pull this out or even get very close. We will keep checking.
