Several of our citizens gave the $50,000 "limit" which is not an attempt to get any kind of influence or anything.
In a totally unrelated portion of the story; Tom Strickland, who gave 50k is interested in...wait for it..the open senate seat.
Some may recall that Tom ran twice for the senate and lost by a larger margin the second time against the same opponent. He spent a ton of money both times so maybe this is a cheaper way to say look at me- the voters were wrong!
I doubt that he has much of a chance since Ritter owes Romanoff a favor after giving the SOS to Bernie. Click posting for the story on donations to the Obama fund.
