Some may recall on November 20 when the Attorney General of United States was giving a speech defending many of the policies of the Bush administration in pursuing terrorists -- he fainted and that made most of the headlines.
What many forget is that during this speech as the Attorney General was discussing how these policies of surveillance on suspected terrorist cells within the United States and the interception of telephone calls from the United States to suspected Al Qaeda some over-agitated person leapt to his feet in the room and shouted "tyrant, you're a tyrant".
The person shouting those remarks has been determined to be, a judge.
And not just any judge mind you, but a Washington State Supreme Court Judge who seemingly felt that these proven successful efforts to block terrorism within the United States are on a par with policies of Stalin.

I did note that the people in Washington State at least have wisely chosen to elect judges to their state Supreme Court, a policy that might be useful in many states, this one included.
