Frustrated Obama Supporter Takes Candidates Advice To "Get in their face" too literally

A frustrated Obama follower apparently wasn't "tolerant" when he saw a McCain supporter carrying a sign in New York.

In carrying out his candidates promise for a non-divisive and post-partisan approach to politics he ripped up the sign and beat the older female McCain supporter with the stick from the sign.(click here to go to the story)

We keep hearing how the McCain supporters are the "haters" yet the vast majority of these stories seem to involve attacks on them rather than by them.

The national election outcome is almost impossible to read between the media bias and the bizarre polling. We subscribe to several polling sites and some of the internal secondary question results are perplexing.

In some polls, where there is an edge to Obama on the voting preference there is sometimes discrepancies where the same voters by the same or larger margins do not believe he is prepared to be president.

Another go figure moment today as a Fox news poll hardly considered to be a leftist supporter, gives a general edge of nine points to Obama. Meanwhile the AP, clearly no friend to McCain, shows the race within one percent.

Locally, internal polling which we trust a little more often; indicates McCain with a substantial lead in Mesa County -- more so than Bush in his prior two elections.
This probably augurs well for local conservative candidates; especially, Laura Bradford.
