Denver—Amendment 52 is the most popular Colorado ballot issue, according to a statewide citizen poll conducted by the Ciruli Associates in late September. Amendment 52 received 64 percent support and was one of the few measures to receive majority support.
If you are a conservative candidate or ballot issue and you are leading in a Ciruli Poll you are doing pretty good. A little like a Republican leading in a New York Times poll.
