That's right folks, as we sit here in Colorado being told that the commercial production of oil shale is at at least seven to 10 years away-- the Mideast country of Jordan is planning on having production within three years.
Now, this is reported in a Chinese newspaper but it is not inconceivable since they are planning on using Russian technology instead of their own and the Russians methods have been known to be just a teeny bit less concerned with lawsuits by the Sierra Club.
