Yes, the Giant figure to the left is labeled "Truth" and the one on the right "Justice"- I THINK they are costumes.
Some of the other signs in the group were less friendly. This was a parade in Arroyo Seco New Mexico where it is an 'art' community.
This seems to mean that no one really works. Hygiene is also not much of a priority. More great photos later as they download.
