I'm certain that everyone has heard that at the State of the City address by the Denver Mayor (which is different than the Governor of Denver, Bill Ritter) the invited singer of course sang something other than the national anthem, which she was supposed to sing.
She sang a tune which has been referred to by some as the "Black national anthem" which actually doesn't make much sense; I looked at the map and there's no country called Black.
Looks like a meaningful song but isn't the National Anthem.
