Voter Identification No Big Deal to Colorado Democrats -- And Let's Register on the Internet, No Chance of Fraud There

In a move that can seriously be called a significant step towards promoting or passively permitting voter fraud, Colorado legislative Democrats are pushing through a bill that would allow registration to take place over the Internet.

This measure has met vigorous opposition but has been forced through the legislature on partyline votes. Why the majority is so interested in allowing the system to be so easily corruptible is either very puzzling or very easy to understand- depending on what you think their motives might be in allowing illegal aliens or otherwise excluded parties such as the dead from voting.

From the Colorado Senate News State, Senator Shawn Mitchell had the following pithy observation as his attempts to put security into the system were voted down once again along party lines:

“I don’t understand why the Democrat Party opposes securing our voting process,” Mitchell said after the vote. “If Sen. Gordon thinks that a notice that illegal voting is a felony provides a good security measure, then I invite him to post a notice that burglary is a felony and leave his door unlocked.”

"All of Mitchell's attempts to add photo ID and other security measures to the registration process were voted down by the Democrats along party lines."

In March when this first was floated by the majority even the Rocky Mountain News thought it was a very bad idea. See their editorial position here. It is titled "An invitation to fraud"

This is a very dangerous and bad idea and especially is made so by its naked motives to hold onto electoral power by obscuring the voting process from oversight.

If you're interested in citizens in general, and live ones in particular who are properly registered voting only once and voting in the proper jurisdiction; then you should contact your representative about this plan.
