An environmental activist nominated to serve on Colorado's powerful Public Utilities Commission is drawing fire for his record of attacks on a key sector of the state's energy economy. Nothing like putting someone in charge of creating regulations for an industry that generates power who is an activist opposing the main supplier of the states power generation. Good thing we don't need reasonably priced electricity.
