Secretary of State Refuses to Certify Electronic Voting Machines-- May Return to Paper Ballots In Their Most Secure Form: Mail in Ballots
Secretary of State Mike Coffman has adopted a return to roots philosophy in the arena of voting. Apparently fed up with fancy pants newfangled technology, Coffman seeks to return to old style voting where cheats had to physically "stuff" ballots into boxes rather than have the sophisticated skills required to steal elections using computers. Concerned about security and accuracy a possible suggestion put forward is to utilize the ultra-secure, mail in ballot. This methodology would seemingly raise the level of security by not requiring voters to show anyone anything or even physically be seen. The energy savings of not having to drive all over town to commit voter fraud should be significant.
