Not really a correct statement at all, the present system encourages companies to at least keep US based identity. This will, at some point, make it smarter to become a foreign based corporation and deal with the foreign import corporate system. When it becomes cheaper and more efficient to do that-it will happen. Being American based will only stand so much added expense, then it is no longer a plus...Ed
