The Opposite of an Independence Day Parade

This is the parade today in an "artist colony" in New Mexico. Most of the folks here today seem to consider themselves more just off the mother ship than anything else. One thing is fairly certain-these people will not be paying for public option health care...or much else the government will require. I wonder who will?
